Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher (Shanghai)
Location: Shanghai (Gumei, Qibao, Pudong, Xuhui campuses)
Age Group: 2-6 years old (Pre-K to K3)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Summary: Join Victoria (China) Education Group as a dedicated kindergarten teacher at one of our IB-accredited kindergartens in Shanghai. We seek passionate educators who enjoy working with young children and fostering a fun, bilingual learning environment. Teachers will collaborate with local native teachers to deliver an inquiry-based approach to learning.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 20,000 RMB – 28,000 RMB/month (after tax, includes housing allowance)

Requirements:
- Native English speaker (UK, USA, Australia, Canada, South Africa, New Zealand)
- Teaching experience or related experience preferred
- BA degree with TEFL certification or a degree in Early Childhood Education
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and passionate about teaching young children
COVID-19 & China border updates
Borders in China reopened to foreigners in Summer 2020. However, with increased COVID-19 cases in Mainland China, the number of visas issued has decreased and schools are having great difficulty hiring outside of China. There are only a very limited number of schools who can obtain a PU letter and get a work visa. Contact us to see if you are applicable.
