Salary:
- Pre-tax: £1600-£2700 / ¥16000-¥25000 per month
- Post-tax: £1400-£2400 / ¥14000-¥22000 per month
- Housing Allowance: ¥4000
- Flight Reimbursement: Up to ¥8000
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
- Less than 20 teaching hours per week
Student Age: 7-18 years

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Education preferred)
- Teaching certification or subject-specific qualifications (PGCE/QTS preferred)
- 22-45 years old
- Prior experience teaching specific subjects preferred
- Must pass health and criminal background checks for a Chinese work visa
Responsibilities:
- Deliver subject-specific lessons (e.g., math, science, history) aligned with curriculum objectives
- Create engaging and differentiated lessons for students of varying abilities
- Provide feedback and assessments to monitor student progress
- Participate in professional development and extracurricular activities
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to enhance student learning

Borders in China reopened to foreigners in Summer 2020. However, with increased COVID-19 cases in Mainland China, the number of visas issued has decreased and schools are having great difficulty hiring outside of China.
